Detail: Our client was one of the UK’s leading suppliers of fresh produce to UK retailers. It asked us to evaluate a wide range of diversification options for the business in Foodservice, Grocery and B2B channels and to help management to prioritise these options
Working with Executive and non-executive management we developed a list of diversification options for consideration.
We evaluated each market segment through an analysis of market data, industry interviews and desk-based research. We prioritised opportunities on the basis of opportunity attractiveness and fit with the client’s capabilities. We then developed an assessment of entry options for the most attractive segments.
